• To the fullest extent permitted by law, All In Cycles, including its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Online Store, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Clark County, Nevada. The parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.
